Abstract :
It is given that the design proposal of the crystallization monitoring system based on CAN bus. The system is composed with the crystallization vibration controller and IPC. The MC9S12DG128 MCU is the core of the crystallization vibration controller, and carrying out data acquisition and automatic control of crystallization vibrating stage, the measured data and status information can be send to the IPC by CAN bus. It is achieved that the status of mold on-site monitoring, control, parameter modification and alarm functions.
