Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Modern physics experiment teaching should make some improvement in order to come up with the times. In this paper, some ideas from increase history of physics and the scientific background in teaching material, introduce experimental physics thoughts in teaching, reform the laboratory report and examination, and reform the tuitionary content of the teacher in class etc were put forward on reformation of modern physics experiment teaching. The partial ideas were put in practice. And the results are satisfactory.
