Abstract :
Course group is a new concept in higher education which emerges from the practical reforms in college course systems in recent years. In this paper, as teachers in charge of the core courses of Signal and Information Processing, we firstly point out and analyze the current problems existing in the process of teaching and learning of Signal and Information Processing courses, then propose the constructing ideas and implemental measures of how to establish the course group of Signal and Information Processing so as to cultivate students´ innovative abilities and improve their comprehensive quality. We conclude that course group construction is very important to enhance educational reforms and still has a long way to go.
