Abstract
This paper addresses the problem of the fine frequency synchronisation for the case of a radio-mobile transmission using a short radio burst with P-ary QAM symbols. In such a case the preamble, required by the frequency synchronisation algorithm, must be as short as possible and it could eventually be avoided. A new blind frequency synchronisation algorithm is then proposed in this paper
