After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the purpose of studying the mechanical properties of guyed transmission tower which is effected by initial stress of guy. The paper takes a guyed transmission tower as an example, building corresponding nonlinear finite element model by using general finite analytic software ANSYS, making comparison on mechanical properties of transmission tower structure which under different states of initial stress of guy, summing up the law which between the distribution of initial stress and the mechanical properties of the structure, providing the reasonable value for the design and constriction of tower structure, and ensuring self-reliance and stability of transmission tower structure.
