Abstract :
A direct temperature measurement is the most direct and reliable method to forecast the state of spontaneous combustion of coal. However, due to constraints of the temperature sensor coverage, the number and arrangement of site, the direct measurement method is not a feasible method. Therefore, the degree of spontaneous combustion associated with the development of physical, chemical indicators were founded. We established the function between these indicators of the spontaneous combustion of coal development and the extent of the relationship to forecast coal self-ignition system basis. We can realize the spontaneous combustion of coal forecast development. The system is a Multi-parameter, long time-delay, nonlinear complex systems. It is difficult to use an accurate description of the mathematical model. Therefore, we use the method of fuzzy control. This paper introduces a fuzzy control theory based on tube of flux to build a coal spontaneous combustion forecasting system.
