Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper offers breaking the traditional teaching mode, and actively exploring “teacher-guidance & students-centered” in teaching adapt to the current higher vocational education for several problems of higher vocational education. Building the three-dimensional network teaching resources based on “paper materials & E-learning resources & skills training”. It has made the appropriate changes from teaching philosophy, course location, teaching methods, teaching model and test model etc and so on, to achieve the coordination development of students-centered, knowledge transfer, capability-building, quality-improving.
