Abstract
At present, 3D codes seem to be ineffective when it is necessary to find a great number of sizes while computing a unit of an electron device. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to use the simplified computational methods everywhere when possible. The effectiveness of such an approach is demonstrated by the example of a broadband asymmetrical window design.
