Abstract :
Take the “systems engineering” course as example, though the classroom learning, students understand the theory and method of systems engineering; Though the experiment courses, students implement the complicated algorithm of systematic engineering, and reach the experiment effect “Test -> Design -> implementation” by the experiment teaching aiding software which is developed by the student team; The opening course website offers asynchronous learning for students to achieve the opening learning. Teaching interaction area provides a communication platform for students. This opening interactive teaching promotes the learning initiative and exploration ability of students. This paper proposed the establishment of hybrid learning model which mixed with the classroom learning, experiment courses and opening-course website for students. In the “Classroom-experiment-network” hybrid learning model, not only the teacher can play the leading role as in the traditional classroom teaching model, but also the students can play the leading role as in the network studying model, and teaching and extracurricular activity combined each other. Teaching practice show that this model can improve the thinking and innovative ability of students.
