Abstract :
This article multi-reference frame(MRF) is used to simulate the impellers, and standard k-ε turbulent model and the resolve method of apart the velocity field from concentration field are used in the simulation, Through studying agitation effect including the flow field velocity distribution and the turbulent kinetic power diffusion situation in the double-decked oar trough´s discovered in double-decked (on straight leaf, gets down flap) turbine mixing paddle trough the mixing characteristic meet the requirement of rare earth extract technological, moreover ,it can be advantageous to reduce the extract cost and raise the productivity, The research results in the paper provide guidance for the choice and optimized design to the mechanical mixing operations.
