Abstract
This study employed a nonlinear self-consistent time-independent code to analyze a gyro-BWO with an external injected signal. There are three regimes, including amplifier, injection-locking oscillator and mode competition regimes, in the gyro-BWO at different injected powers. In the mode competition regime, there are three steady modes in the injected power range. Based on theory of nonlinear oscillation, the amplifier and injection-locking oscillator modes are the stable modes in the regime. An oscillator plane of the gyro-BWO is elucidated in the paper.
