Abstract :
This paper considers small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China, a large number of artificial, machine mixed mode of production, for this mixed-mode production model machines were analyzed, and according to the degree of artificial influence on the processes by three types of processes, the establishment of a skills matrix, capability and capacity assessment model matrices and gives the man machine hybrid system distribution matrix model. On this basis, the proposed task-based method of comparing the pressure and capacity and the establishment of task-based evaluation model and personal skills, the use of genetic algorithms an empirical study of this model, the actual allocation of production workers has a guiding effect.
