Abstract :
This research paper provides a diagnosis of characteristics and weaknesses of the structure of existing network security infrastructure, and recommends a MSPI (multi-spectral protection infrastructure) as a measure for correcting weaknesses. This paper conducted research into improved effective model from the infrastructure configuration aspect. The improvement on the protection infrastructure is assured by letting the failovering mechanism operate upon the entire structure through the structural design and the implementation of functions. MSPI filters unnecessary mail at the gateway stage to reduce the server loads. As a result, number of transmission accumulation decreases due to the reduction in the CPU load on the viruswall and increase in virus treatment rate. The proposed method reduces the system overload rating due to trouble packets and improves the status of connection by polling trap and the transport factor by ping packet.
