Study on university social service evaluation method base on fuzzy mathematics

Social service is an important function of universities. A scientific evaluation method can promote the efficiency of social service. According to the questionnaire result, objective and principle of university social service, the evaluation indicator system on university social service was established, which is composed with the three primary indicators and seven secondary indicators. The university social service exist subjectivity. In order to ensure fair of the evaluation, the fuzzy mathematical theory was introduced. The evaluation method will convert qualitative indicators to quantitative indicators. An actual example of one certain university social service was evaluated and studied. The research shows that the university social service evaluation method is scientific and reasonable, which can provide powerful support to the university social service.
