Abstract :
Based on the basic requirements of the marine diesel engine safety monitoring and characteristics of intelligent control technology, a set of the scientific and rational technical solutions, the general principles of the structure and the feasible hardware and software of the safety monitoring system for marine diesel engine are presented in the paper. By MCU control technology and RS485 communications technology, the modular design, the accuracy display, the high degree automation, the high precision control, and the easy maintenance are achieved. The prototype of developed of the safety monitoring system for marine diesel engine is verified on the bench test, and its functional specifications meet the design technical requirements.
