Abstract

Geographical Information System is technological and comprehensive interdiscipline. A scientific and rational practice teaching system is a guarantee for training innovative GIS talents. Taking Nanjing University of Post and Telecommunications as an example, centred around our school GIS specialty personnel training objective and characteristics, the intension, construction principles, basic frames, content structure and concrete examples of the practice teaching system were introduced in detail.
