Abstract :
There are many reports about pre-deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy, but none about the CoCr alloy. This research proposed solutions to the compression and expansion test of the stents, and established an accurate test method to assess the mechanical properties of products, analyzed the pre-deformation on it and summarized the stress-strain characteristics of the material being compressed and tensile. Given the practical process of stents placement, we produced a test piece made by CoCr alloy. We had it compressed before stretching, analyzing the pre-deformation on extension rate, ultimate strength and yield strength and other mechanical properties. The tensile elongation of CoCr alloy can be influenced by pre-deformation, which had an important significance for practical design and production.
