Abstract :
Third-order cumulant is used in running-in status prediction of wet clutch because of its suppression for Gaussion Noise. Third-order cumulant of torque signal during running-in of wet clutch is calculated. It shows that the method is useful by comparing the third-order cumulant curves at different running in status.
