  • Abstract
    A principle of the video image processing complex from the luminescent screen of molecular-beam gallium arsenide epitaxy device is considered. The opportunity of decoding of the crystal film formation direction and control of the epitaxy structures growth is shown due to operative computer data processing in the real time.
