After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper, with the theory of stakeholders as the entry point, combining the actual conditions of the regional tourism in China, establishes the basic framework of the stakeholders in regional tourism cooperation, analyzes the interest demands of the stakeholders and their realization approaches, investigates their interest conflicts with the method of demonstration and studies their behaviors, decision-making processes and correlation so as to probe into the regional tourism cooperation organization in line with the national situation of China and its system arrangement from the viewpoint of demonstration.
