Abstract
The design of a single-chip CMOS intelligent temperature transducer with a resolution of .1°C and an accuracy of better than .5°C between -40 and +125°C is presented. The sensor is based on the temperature variations of p-well and polysilicon resistors incorporated in RC relaxation oscillators. Linearization and correction for process variations are carried out on-chip with an EPROM and digital correction circuits
