Abstract :
The intention of this research is to put forward some corresponding suggestions and strategies to optimize knowledge networks for knowledge management based on complex networks theory. In this paper, the concepts of complex networks and knowledge networks are put forward. The main statistic qualities of complex networks are also introduced. In the second part, two related models of complex networks are proposed, and the necessity and rationality of their application in enterprises´ knowledge management is analyzed. In the third part, the exposition of some strategies is made from both inside and outside the enterprises.
