Abstract :
This paper analyses the advantage of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in the "relative inferiority" evaluation of the same Decision-Making Unit (DMU). It is expounded that the benefit evaluation model can\´t achieve the whole sorting of DMU and can\´t guide the DMU to improve the insufficiency in the information. We puts forward the decision making model of two-stage DEA evaluation with the ideal decision making units. This model realizes the DMU whole sorting need by introducing the ideal decision making units, then we give the DEA decision making model based on standard efficiency index, thereby the information resources of each DEA is more fully extracted. Moreover, this paper points out the improved direction and goals of each DMU at the input/output through the analysis of each DEA management information about the projection point on the DEA effective frontier. Finally, the simulation analysis on the running benefit of 8 undergraduate college in a province achieves the purpose of evaluation decision making well, and proofs the adaptability and advantage of the mode illustrated in this paper in benefit evaluation decision making system.
