Abstract :
In now days, the quantity of the data stored is very gigantic and continuous. In an alcohol and sugar industrial production plant, not all variables are analyzed, because the quantity of the data, the diversity of the sectors in the process and the difficulty to be analyze this data. This paper proposes the use of KDD as a tool applied in industrial process, in specifically in sugar cane and alcohol process. The experiments are done with Fermentation data process obtained during the sugar and alcohol harvest. The results show that it is possible applies the KDD process for this kind of industry as well predicts the future production.
