Abstract :
To solve the problems in the knowledge management, such as the similar characteristics shown in the enterprise fractal and production after knowledge distribution and share, this article makes use of bioinformatics and enterprise bionics, based on the bio-gene model and the previous studies, presents a new organizational gene model. This model describes the organizational gene structure and genetic information transmission mechanism. The mechanism consists of two parts: one is the transmission in the enterprise fractal, the other is the transmission in the enterprise production. Both of the transmissions are the processes of coding and decoding between information and knowledge, or between the explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. Those processes commonly form the organizational genetic information transmission system.
