  • Abstract
    Tunable high dielectric constant(K) based on barium strontium titanate (Ba1-xSrxTiO3,x=0.5) varactor was fabricated by RF magnetron sputtering. The varactors have been characterized and a circuit simulation model has been developed. This capacitor has been used as a tunable element in VCO based on Seiler architecture. The VCO has been characterized for tunability and phase noise characteristics.
