Abstract :
State monitoring and diagnosis system of the large rotary sets usually needs acquiring and processing huge amounts of data from sensor. This paper develops a rapid data acquisition and storage system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW and describes the system principle, composition structure and development progress in detail. The system acquires data from data acquisition card PCI-6255, writes data to TDMS file, then writes TDMS filename and channel sign to Database. This system has the characteristics of perfect functions, friendly interface, convenient operation and great practicality.
