Abstract :
As the critical equipment to achieve continuous production of emulsion explosive, screw pump was also a major source of faults. Fault tree analysis (FTA) was introduced for the safety diagnosing of screw pump, the problem in front of emulsifier maintenance in the process of screw pump explosive production was solved, and the existing faults in fault tree were shown. Practice shown that the method has a better ability of fault diagnosis, it could offer a relative disposal measure of the fault and has a positive effect on preventing fateful production accident.
