Abstract :
The author gives a theorem which more extensively and clearly shows the relationship among the satisfactions of (1) Snell´s law on the subreflector, (2) Snell´s law on the main reflector, and (3) the path length condition for a set of assumed rays. The theorem can be used to reduce the number of shaping equations of the dual reflector antenna synthesis, to select the equations suitable for constructing the shaping equation set and to simplify the partial shaping problem of the dual reflector antenna synthesis.<>
