Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the system demand, define the specific functions, interfaces, communication technology of each module, choose the CAN bus as the communication technology between the modules to construct the remote control system, and then establish the remote control system. By using MC9S12XEP100 single chip as the core microcontroller in the remote control system, corresponding designs of the remote control system in diesel engine have been made, including the selection of MCU, analog, digital input and output circuits, serial communication interface and redundant CAN bus communication interface circuits, etc., give full consideration of electromagnetic compatibility and environmental adaptation in practice. In order to improve the portability and real-time ability of the system, the software system is completely designed by modular design method. Debugging the hardware and software with varieties of debugging tools and verify the rationality of the system.
