Abstract :
As an important character, adaptive decision-making is not only essential for individual decision-maker, but also for group decision-maker. This paper focuses on entrepreneurial team\´s risk decision-making process based on group learning. Firstly, this paper analyzes the group learning mechanisms of entrepreneurial team\´s risk decision-making process, and divides the process into two basic stages such as perception aggregation stage and decision-making aggregation stage according to its group learning mechanisms. Then the paper proposes a so-called "double brain model" for entrepreneurial team\´ risk decision-making process according to the group learning characteristics of these two stages. Finally, the paper describes the double brain model by a relative entropy duo-aggregation model of entrepreneurial team\´s risk decision-making.
