Abstract :
The problem of converting a hard copy diagram to a computer aided design package is not new. One of the solutions which has gained increasing interest is that of image processing. The paper reports on work currently being undertaken at the University of Bristol, to design a system that automatically converts a circuit diagram to a circuit analysis package file for storage, retrieval, analysis and modification
