Abstract :
In actural measurement, it is difficult to find the useful signal among background noise. This paper suggests a new method to pick up signals and find fault information by using Hilbet Huang Transmation. In signal processing, at first small wave transmation was used as low-pass filter, thus part of noise can be filtrated. Then some of intrinsic mode functions have been obtained by using empirical mode decomposition. In accordance with the spectrum of intrinsic mode functions, Hilbet time spectrum and bound spectrum, the fault information contained in signals can be found clearly. In the process of Hilbet Huang Transmation, it can be found that intrinsic mode functions can express bearing oil whirl fault information, so the fault can be diagnosed effectively.
