Abstract :
Existing studies showed that ecosystem services most focused on certain types of wetlands, such as marine, marsh, and lake, while river wetlands were not fully studied. In order to build a general framework to map and value the wetlands ecosystem services, this study made a spatial analysis on it in Huanghuaihai region, through horizontal and longitudinal dimension (2d), as well as added vertical dimension (3d), and recognized key ecosystem services area. Results shown mainstream and downstream of rivers covered most key riverrine wetlands ecosystem services area, and coastal area owned higher ecosystem services value. Moreover, the integrated framework could be introduced to complete the wetlands ecosystem services mapping and planning.
