Abstract :
Traditional railway bearing inner diameter measuring tool was diameter micrometer. This method could not ensure the high precision, the author designed a system which is based on the pneumatic measurement principle and could improve the traditional method. The overall structure of this system is described, then the design principle and method of mechanical and electrical parts are discussed, and the flow chart of program and allocation algorithm are presented. The system can automatically calibrate, and orient, and measure, and allocate, manual measurement error is reduced and product assembly quality is improved.
