Abstract :
The broadband varactor diode tuned oscillator forms an important class of microwave oscillator as its high speed tuning makes it suitable for electronic warfare applications. A design approach is presented which takes account of circuit configuration and device selection. Results are presented from large signal analysis of a practical VCO
