Abstract
The measurement of pressure presents a necessary condition for several industrial applications, mostly its precise regulation and/or maintaining it on a constant level means important challenge. The piezoelectric and piezoresistive pressure sensors have eased the evolution of data acquisition systems used for pressure monitoring. The construction of such a system is presented in the article, with special pressure sensor, and the monitoring and control of the process is realized using LabWindows/CVI. In the case of the used MPX12 pressure sensor a modality of diminuating the offset voltage and its dependence of temperature is presented. The system is driven by control algorithm, using the PID controllers equations for sample approaching. The reference values and the constans can be set through the panel of the virtual instrument and also here can be visualised its effects of the control on the process
