Abstract
The rapid and large-scale construction of indemnificatory communities leads to the universal lack and inefficiency of public service facilities, directly reducing the life quality and the indemnificatory effect. Taking Sigao Community in Shanghai for example, this paper carries on in-depth analysis to the demand characteristics of the public service facilities in indemnificatory communities based on the research of the residents and their behavior preference. And optimizing countermeasures of configuration contents, timing and layout are put forward in order to satisfy the different needs of medium or low-income stratum.
