Abstract :
China is a country short of water resources, what´s more, kinds of pollution accidents occur constantly. Water pollution not only influences the security of urban water supply , but also brings with huge economic loss. So optimizing the emergency water supply has been an important problem to be solved urgently. This paper takes Dongguan city as a instance to study the engineering construction of urban emergency water supply system, analyze practical means for the emergency water supply, and construct the cost model of the emergency water supply. The aim is to find a economical and advisable emergency water treatment scheme and provide a guidance for the emergency water supply system.
