Abstract
Current mirror is one of the most important components of integrated analog circuits design. For high performance applications, accuracy, output impedance and settling time of current mirrors are the most important parameters. In this paper, a new current mirror is designed which performance better than regular-gate cascade (RGC) current mirror. A cascode current mirror structure was used to increase the current matching accuracy and output impedance significantly. The settling time of proposed current mirror is much lower than the other kinds of current mirror in same accuracy. Moreover even considers Vt and beta parameters mismatch, the new circuit still has high accuracy and high speed performance
