Abstract :
For a solution of repair welding, the welding process of the entire multi-layer multi-channel is simulated and analyzed. The results show that has the big welding residual stress and distortion nearby welding joint as a whole, the residual stress is bigger away from the welding joint nearer, and the residual stress existence´s high-risk spot is revealed. It provides a theoretical basis for the enterprise to effectively predict welding residual stress and plastic deformation and further reduces residual stress and controls deformation, and is made of guidance function for reasonable choice welding process and the technological parameters.
