Abstract :
Based on analysis the wrong way in the development of green building at present in China, probing the restrictive factors of the promotion and application of green technologies, and presenting the countermeasures such as: focus on the ecological value; design in both passive environmental control and positive green technologies; build up a society with general consciousness of green idea and public participation etc.
