Abstract :
Purpose of the article is to identify the current problems of psychodiagnosis and psychosocial adjustment in engineering psychology and pedagogy, to identify ways to resolve them. Psychodiagnosis and psychosocial correction in the psychology of work and engineering psychology has a huge role. Psychodiagnosis is required for both research and the practice of professional engineering personnel selection, vocational counseling, and vocational guidance. Psychological adjustment is necessary for the professional training of students of engineering, formation and development of their professional and important qualities, increase productivity and work quality engineering manufacturing sector.
