Research on Construction Technologies of Knowledge-Based the Planning Roadmap for Circular Economy

Scientific planning, correct implementation and stable operation are fundamental to protect sustainable development of China´s economic development zones. This paper analyzes characteristics of the development roadmap for circular economy in eco-industrial parks and proposes methods and steps to construct development roadmap for circular economy based on knowledge engineering technology. It is helpful for eco-industrial park managers to quickly generate the mid-long term planning roadmap of regional development and to implement the dynamic management of the park to improve management standards and operability, which is important to promote sustainable development of eco-industrial parks.
