Data mining based-assistant tools for physicians to diagnose diseases

This paper covers the important issues related to the data mining process and its usage in the medical field. To achieve that objective we have to measure and test the applicability of data mining in predicting diagnoses and in discovering important relationships between diagnoses and the different data attributes. This has been done through the cases of kidney failure and chest pain diseases. Preparation of data included selecting, cleansing, modeling and evaluation. It was proved that the data mining is applicable in the medical sector and can improve the different medical applications
