Abstract
The experiment using sodium lactate as carbon source and natural depressions for the reactor, deal with mine drainage by adding to Desulfovibrio desulfuricans and explore the treatment effect under different conditions. Results show that: reductive is more fully when water depth is bigger; the ideal inoculum is 10%; the initial pH and the value of SO42- both impact the removal rate; temperature has a big impact on Desulfovibrio desulfuricans treatment of Acid Mine Waste as well.
