Abstract :
Precision in classical theory of error has the lack of the error´s qualitative and quantitative indicators, as well as peak value. A reasonable indicator of the accuracy express is determined in this paper from the practice of dealing with measurement error. We established a new simulation error-index which is based on the uncertainty principle, to evaluate the accuracy of measurement. The dispersion sigma and the accuracy b have different reflect on the observed values. So the dispersion sigma becomes small at very fast speed following |Delta| rarr infin, but the accuracy b goes to a constant.
