Abstract
The design and development of an X-band phase shifter for a one dimension phase scanned antenna is described. The paper first reviews the alternative choices available for the design and indicates the reasons for the chosen approach. A description of the phaser is then presented, followed by some performance results. The paper concentrates on a description of the device design and its application, rather than on the basic physics of the ferrite behaviour
