Abstract :
The article deals with social, psychological and psychophysiological peculiarities of adult education. There are some significant characteristics that strongly influence the results of education in the middle years. Learning motivation of adult students correlate with their social environment, statues, personal goals and values. It is important to take into account the age-related specifics in the process of lifelong education.
