Abstract :
Flow of packets plays an important role in the network during sending and receiving process. More the packets received are good for the network users as the speed would be more leading to user satisfaction. A network can be tracked based on the packet flow throughout the network. If greater the capacity, the performance also will be great. Efforts were made to measure the incoming traffic in bits per second of the network. Inorder to investigate whether the bandwidth is used by the users effectively, the behaviour of utilization varies with respect to variance in client connectivity are studied. Delay and throughput factors are analyzed and the effective delay is calculated as D = Do / (1-U). The manual reading without tool but for different HTTP requests were taken and analyzed. Readings showing the flow of bytes under broadband network and the behavior of bytes are noted. This URL connection provides connection to the remote server connects and receives the bytes. Received bytes readings after the connection with remote server were depicted. The difference in receiving bytes had improved at the time of bytes incoming as streams from the server to the node at the time of connection. The results obtained shows the received bytes for the URL connection increases compared to that of the previous throughput.
